About
Hi, I’m Stacia.
That’s STAY-sha, which rhymes with Croatia. Here’s a video, in case that’s helpful.
I’ve been perfecting other people’s words for over 20 years, starting as a webmaster before discovering my superpowers in editing and content strategy.
I don’t just edit your words—I handle the complete content journey from rough draft to polished publication. My background in technology & marketing means I understand not just how to make your content read well, but how to format it beautifully and get it published effectively. When something needs to look professional and work seamlessly, that’s where I step in.
What sets me apart from other editors?

My education includes a BS in Computer Science from Niagara University, plus graduate certificates in Marketing and Editing from UC Berkeley. Yes, I’m a formally trained editor, not just a writer who kinda has a knack for it. In addition to classroom credentials, I’ve learned from hands-on work with 70+ clients—from major brands like Mercedes-Benz and King’s Hawaiian to solo entrepreneurs building their practices from scratch. I’ve managed content for international corporations and polished everything from pharmaceutical campaigns to music magazines.

This combination of editorial expertise, marketing strategy, and operations management means I don’t just fix your grammar—I understand how your content fits into your bigger business picture and can optimize the entire process from concept to delivery. I’m really good at figuring things out, seeing the connections between different processes, and making everything work together smoothly.
Off the Clock

Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, enjoying a concert, doing a puzzle, or making lists (yes, I’m that person, even in my downtime). Or you won’t find me because I’m traveling, possibly to a winery in the mountains or a cooking class in Florence.
I’m relatively new to Baltimore, Maryland, where I live with my husband, Mike (the other half of Rogan Consulting Partners and founder of Wayfinder), and Mia, our very opinionated tuxedo cat who weighs in on most topics.
By the way…
I also love to edit fiction (19 full-length manuscripts and counting!), so if you’re working on the next NY Times Bestseller in your downtime, I can help with that, too.
But enough about me—
it’s your turn.
Tell me all about you and your content challenges!
